Oliver R. Glazebrook, Jr. was born on May 30, 1952, to Oliver R Glazebrook Sr. and Ruth E Glazebrook. He grew up in a loving home
with his two brothers. He Graduated from Harry E. Wood High school class of 1970. He was a big lover of music and playing the different instruments. They called him “The one-man Band” back in his younger days. He started his long career at Lane Bryant in 1975 and was a very loved employee until 2011 when he fell ill and could no longer work. They remember him as such a kind and loving worker. “He always made
going to work fun and was always there to help anyone”. Oliver attended Penick Chapel A.M.E. Zion where he professed his belief and faith in Christ at an early age. He went on to reaffirm his dedication and became a devoted member of Victory United Methodist Church in Indianapolis. He would rarely miss a Sunday and enjoyed being part of the ministry and spreading the word to those who needed
it. Oliver Richard “Ricky” Glazebrook Jr, a great son, father and brother and a life-long resident of Indianapolis Indiana, passed away peacefully on December 19, 2023. He preceded in death by his father, Oliver R. Glazebrook Sr., his mother Ruth E. Glazebrook and his brothers Robert D. (Bobby) Helms and Anthony Lee “Tony” Glazebrook. liver is survived by and his eight beautiful daughters, Monique,
Miisha, Matonya, Nicole, Kayla (Ausencio), Luremma, Olivia, and Corina; his brother, Gary Glazebrook (Billie), fourteen grandchildren,
four great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. He will be deeply missed by friends, family and all who knew him
