Obituary

Mark Leslie Miller was born in Indianapolis Indiana on April 23, 1960 to Joseph" Jack" Miller and Beatrice "Pete" Bowman Miller.

Mark received his education at Harry E. Wood High School. He accepted Christ under Bishop James Tidwell of Gary Indiana. Mark was ordained as a minister of the Gospel. Mark married his first wife birthing four children.

Later in  life, Mark was fancied by DeAnn Knox,  their courtship blossomed,  They were later joined in a holy matrimony on September 19, 2009. They had a blended family of 8 children and 24 grandchildren. Mark's happiness revolved around his love for the DeAnn, his children, grandchildren, family and friends.

Mark had a passion for semi trucks, music , dancing and playing the bass guitar. Mark and his brother Ross started a band with childhood friends, and it continued on through adulthood.  Mark had a charismatic sense of humor, infectious smile, and his distinguished walk. He will be truly missed.

Mark was preceded in death with his father, Joseph Miller and brother Reginald "Byrd" Miller.

He leaves behind to enforce his legacy wife, DeAnn Miller; mother,  Beatrice Miller; mother-in-law, Annie Halbert; brothers, Alan (Cheryl) Miller, Ross (Debra) Miller and Warren (Lisa) Miller; sisters, Jacqueline (Kenneth) Belamy, Pamela (Thomas) Beard, Beverly Kane, and Phyllis (Andrew) Britt; sons, Elijah (Patricia) Miller, Joseph (Lori) Miller, Joshua (Damarya) Miller, Marcus Mundy, Malcolm Mitchell and Montae Mitchell; daughters, Sarah (Christopher) & Dianca Robinson. Mark also leaves behind 24 grandchildren and a host of nieces ,nephews uncle , auntie, cousins and friends.
